Traffic congestion in Canada’s largest and fastest growing urban region, the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA), is costing the local economy over $5 billion dollars per year.
As in many other places urban sprawl has massive consequences and is difficult to handle. Perth has made a plan aimed at surmounting these difficulties.
