Georg Guensberg lives and works in Vienna as a consultant for political management and strategic communications. His main focus lies on energy and clean tech issues. He graduated at the University of Vienna in political science and communication science and worked for different Non-governmental organisations on climate and energy policy. For seven years Georg worked with a member of the Vienna City Counil and the Green Party before starting his own company in 2007.
Initializing ideas and projects on a local level (e.g. Austria´s largest biomass power plant or the Vienna´s first Creative Industries programm) was always a major motivation for his work. It´s the bridging between know-how and ideas for "a better world" with politics, markets or networks that he understands as his personal and professional mission.
