DAC joins new green think tank

The Danish Architecture Centre took part when Denmarks new green think tank, CONCITO, was launched yesterday, 1st september 2008, in Forsikringens Hus in Copenhagen.

CONCITO is Latin and means 'to set in motion', and this is exactly what the think tank aims to do with regard to the climate change issue.

The think tank is dedicated to bring down the emissions of greenhouse gasses and to reduce the harmful effects of global warming.

The think tank is made up of some of Denmarks most important actors when it comes to climate change including a string of prominent business', scientists and representatives from organizations.

The board of CONCITO consists of: Martin Lidegaard (chairman), Kim Carstensen (WWF), Peter Damgaard Jensen (Forsikring & Pension), Rasmus Kjeldahl (Forbrugerrådet), Susanne Krawack (Trekantsområdet) og Susanne Kuehn (Rockwool).
